This is a full time, exempt position working Monday – Friday.The Manager of Virtual Mental Health Services helps bring our mission to life by overseeing the mental health clinicians that work on the AllOne Connect platform. They possess a strong background in mental health services, combined with exceptional leadership skills and a passion for innovation in virtual therapy. This role primarily focuses on supporting business needs and client care by analyzing metrics and providing clinical support to mental health counselors.What You’ll Do:Corporate Leadership:

  • Create and promote a high-performance culture of service, innovation, and results.
  • Engage in continuous communication to ensure accurate and relevant information exchange.
  • Manage team performance and development through the various talent management processes.
  • Establish and maintain a diverse talent pipeline to ensure strong leadership & a culture of inclusion.
  • Initiate and support continuous process improvement in business workflows.
  • Effectively interpret and apply all corporate policies, procedures, and protocols including ISO.
  • Efficiently and effectively manage all financial resources to achieve optimal admin costs & ROIs.

Operational Oversight:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of virtual mental health services on the AllOne Connect platform, ensuring seamless delivery of care to clients.
  • Monitor service quality and adherence to clinical best practices, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology and customer support, to optimize the user experience and resolve any operational challenges.
  • Oversee the overall productivity of therapists, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Manage schedule adherence to ensure schedules are being utilized.
  • Monitor and manage weekly metrics to optimize scheduling efficiency.
  • Others duties as assigned

Clinical Support:

  • Provide clinical support to mental health professionals, including case consultations, crisis intervention, and guidance on complex cases.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends, research, and regulations in the field of mental health, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and industry guidelines.

Performance Metrics and Reporting:

  • Develop and monitor key performance metrics related to service delivery, client outcomes, and team productivity, using data-driven insights to drive decision-making and improve performance.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management, summarizing key findings, trends, and recommendations for enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of virtual mental health services.

Report Daily/Weekly/Monthly Overall Performance as it pertains to efficiency (productivity) and effectiveness (clinical quality)What You’ll Need:

  • Master’s in social work, counseling, or a related field.
  • Current licensure as a mental health professional (e.g., Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience providing direct clinical services in a mental health setting, with experience in teletherapy preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including team management, supervision, and performance evaluation.
  • Strong understanding of clinical best practices, ethical guidelines, and legal regulations governing mental health care delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and communicate complex concepts to a non-clinical audience.
  • Proficiency in using technology platforms for virtual service delivery and data analysis.
