In this role, you will be the hands-on generalist in human resource related operations to include staffing, training, labor relations, employee relations and strategic areas including employee engagement, talent development, and succession planning. You will report to the Sr Manager, Human Resources. The expectation is that you will be on site in Erlanger, KY, 5 days/wk.Responsibilities:Collaborate with distribution center leaders to identify and deploy creative and engaging workforce and talent solutions; understand and implement our human resource and talent strategy as it relates to all talent needs, recruiting, retention, engagement, and succession planning, with a focus on DE&IProvide support and guidance to management and other staff; investigate allegations and drive implementation of solutions where relevantManage and support the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openingsAnalyze trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes a great compensation package programs to ensure we attract and retain top talentLeverage learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees; creates and facilitates relevant training to partners and related groupsRepresent organization when engaging with employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigationsMaintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance; mitigate legal risks and ensures regulatory compliance. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role.
