Rabobank encourages a culture of collaboration and professional excellence to make a meaningful impact to the organization.”- Executive Director, Financial Crime Compliance North AmericaYou and Your JobThe FCC Risks & Controls Officer is critical role within the FCC NA Governance Team and is primarily responsible for managing the FCC NA RCF, including CSAs and Key Indicators, and for managing FCC-related issues and findings.The ideal FCC Risks & Controls Officer candidate will: Ensure FCC NA’s RCF is aligned with applicable regulatory and Rabobank requirements, thoroughly documented, and representative of the FCC NA Program; Collaborate with FCC Global stakeholders to ensure alignment between FCC Global and FCC NA RCFs and credibly challenge/escalate misalignments as appropriate; Cultivate collaborative working relationships with FCC NA stakeholders to ensure alignment between FCC NA’s RCF and the processes owned and implemented by FCC NA Verticals; and Own RCF-related deliverables to satisfy Compliance Testing Group (CTG), Internal Audit (IA), and regulatory examination requests/filings, including the New York State Department of Financial Services 504 Certification.Job ResponsibilitiesEnsure FCC NA RCF CSAs are completed timely and in accordance with Rabobank requirements.Maintain FCC NA’s Key Risk Indicators to ensure alignment between the Global and NA Risk Appetite Statements.Maintain FCC NA’s existing Key Performance Indictors (KPIs) and develop new KPIs in partnership with internal stakeholders if and as neededManage the development, documentation, and tracking of action plans related to self-identified, CTG, IA, and regulatory findings; prepare closure evidence to support the remediation these findings.Support and challenge the documentation, investigation, action planning, and resolution of Operational Risk Incidents (ORIs) within the RCF tool.Support and drive, as appropriate, NA’s execution of the regional Risk Identification & Assessment (RIA) and Global Systemic Integrity Risk Assessment (SIRA).Your Promise to Us:To be considered for the Financial Crime Compliance Risks and Controls Officer role, you must have:Bachelor’s DegreeExcellent written communication.Must be analytical and comfortable with receiving/providing credible challenge.5+ Years of experience in a Risk or Compliance function.Capable of independently and simultaneously managing multiple projects.Ability to travel regionally, up to 15%Our Commitment to you – cultivating your way beyond pay:Rabobank embraces diversity and welcomes employees and applicants of all backgrounds. We are Growing a Better World Together.Salary Expectations:Target Hiring Range: $135,000.00 – $145,000.00This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons.
