- Ensure effective operations of the department by coordinating schedules, provide accurate reports and correspondence, input database information and filing, and maintain confidentiality of information.
- Answer routine inquiries received from visitors and refers others as appropriate via phone or in person.
- Monitor supply inventories and complete and forward purchase orders to replenish supply levels.
- Assist manager or equivalent with budgets and objectives as needed.
What You Will Need:
- A High School Diploma/GED.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience; health care setting a plus.
- Basic proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
