We boldly go.Job Summary:As part of the Opportunity To Cash (OTC) IT Team, we are looking for an experienced (Level 2) Scrum Master/Delivery Manager who possesses a deep understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework. The ideal candidate has excellent facilitation and communication skills, a growth mindset and a proven track record of building high-performing teams in an agile environment.   • Serve as Scrum Master/Delivery Manager on one or more Agile Teams while simultaneously teaching and reinforcing best practices and Lean principles
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews/demos, refinement, and retrospectives
  • Demonstrate Scrum Values: 1) Commitment 2) Focus 3) Openness 4) Respect 5) Courage
  • Facilitate continuous improvement opportunities that focus on inspiring teams to be self-organized and high-performing
  • Participate in and contribute to our Scrum Master Community of Practice
  • Act as an Agile mentor/coach
  • Mitigate impediments and ensure team success
  • Utilize team feedback and metrics (quality, delivery rate, etc.) to identify areas of opportunity and works with team to continuously improve
  • Create visibility into progress each sprint / release through use of velocity, burn down charts, committed vs. completed metrics, Jira timeline, etc.
  • Create consistent planning, visibility, reporting practices among Agile Teams, both within individual product portfolios and across multiple portfolios
  • Understand and coach the team on delivery controls/compliance to minimize operational/reputational risk
  • Foster great working relationships with your team, stakeholders and customers
  • Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changing organizational priorities and a mindfulness of the implications of decisions

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology or other business discipline
  • CSM/PMI-ACP/PSM/DASM certified (A-CSM preferred)
  • Experience in agile/scrum/Kanban required with 3+ years’ experience
  • Proficient in Jira, Confluence and MS Office
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, coaching, mentoring, and servant leadership skills
  • Able to influence without authority, build trust at all levels, and have a keen sense of self-awareness
