Job description: OverviewThe Consultant RN Sr serves as an internal consultant to Novant Health leadership and staff on large complex system, market, unit/institute level initiatives. The primary focus of the Consultant RN Sr is to provide partnership, direction and facilitation to leaders and teams in growth and revenue opportunities, value optimization and efficiency opportunities, and execution of high priority initiatives with a primary focus on clinical process improvement and RN workflow improvement. The Consultant RN Sr is expected to pursue her/his/their work with a high level of energy and steadfastly push self and others for results while supporting the organization in education, application of tools, methods, data collection, analysis, project facilitation, project management, mentoring and coaching junior consultants, and general leadership development in areas related to change management. The Consultant RN Sr is expected to provide primary support to system, market, unit/institute level initiatives autonomously with limited support and guidance from Internal Consulting leadership, while demonstrating the ability to mentor other consultants.At Novant Health, one of our core values is diversity and inclusion. - Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required.
- Experience: Minimum five years experience in a RN role, with demonstrated experience in performance improvement activity. Significant experience managing teams/projects with significant complexity with a high degree of autonomy, required.
- Licensure/Certification:RN license, required.
