Job description: As a rapidly expanding global company, we are in search of a Commercial Business Operations specialist to lead the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) Strategy and transformation driving efficiency and improved productivity in the B2B Commercial Organization globally. You will have the opportunity to improve Quote-to-Cash processes that include quoting, contracts, pricing, deal desk, incentive programs, and credit & collections, as well as work closely with Finance to ensure connection to revenue recognition, SOX compliance and revenue reporting. The mission is to drive best-in-class end-to-end Q2C performance and improve the experience of our sellers, operators, partners and by reducing friction in the process and systems.The Role:The Commercial Business Operations Lead plays a critical role in the mission, by identifying the drivers of performance and under-performance and recommending strategies to address them. Collaborating with key cross functional partners throughout the company, including finance, regional business units, IT, this role will uncover key insights to drive crucial business process decisions and influence scalability.This position is a global position and will report to the Head of Global B2B GTM and will be based the United States. In this role you will:As subject matter expert, establish and manage the blueprint of process workflows that make up B2B quote to cash frameworkPrimary business representative and leader in all Business transformation projects that revolve around Quote2Cash including implementation of salesforce.com CPQPartner with B2C Business Operations to ensure optimization of resource and tools across the sales businessWork closely with the IT and Digital transformation team to provide technology requirements to meet transformation goalsBe the source of truth for end-to-end Q2C metrics & measure the effectiveness of Q2C improvements deliveredAnalyze and present quote to cash metrics to key collaborators across the companyIdentify positive and negative drivers of performance and recommend performance improvement strategiesDevelop roadmap for data strategy for Q2C leveraging processes and key toolsCollaborate with cross-functional business teams to help influence roadmaps and strategies related to key pillars of data processesPromote data literacy across the end-to-end process to ensure business partners leverage data for key decisionsKey Qualifications and Skills:5+ yrs of experience in B2B Business Operations & Strategy and Data InsightsUnderstanding of the consumer business and enterprise business and commercial models especially with multichannel and multi-tier modelsQuote-to-Cash domain expertiseAnalytical and strategic leadership skills with the strong ability to lead by influence to drive the team to get to the root cause of key process gaps and articulate possible strategies of improvementsCommitted to giving to continuous improvement with a passion for building processes/tools to make everyone more efficient and effectiveExperience in end-to-end data lifecycle management including data visualization, literacy, governance and building a proper strategy aligned to an enterpriseStrong acumen in project management and deployment, and transformational change management leadershipConsistent record of building unquestioning partner relationships across enterprises with varying backgroundsSelf-starter with a high-degree of self-motivationStrong strategic thinkingStrong business acumen and capable of big picture thinkingDecisive and able to deal with ambiguity, and can adapt and embrace our fast paced, fluid environment guiding other team members through itExcellent communication skills, capable of adapting style to audienceFluency in English requiredAcross Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
