Job description: SummaryThe Care Team Relations Advisor (CTRA) provides expertise to managers and team members to resolve care team relations matters through investigation, coaching, and counseling. The CTRA works closely with HR leadership, HR Consultants and other stakeholders and will act as a subject matter expert in the area of care team and labor relations. The CTRA will be a proactive partner with HR and business leaders in response to data trends and will execute on initiatives launched by DEI, Leadership Development and the Centers of Expertise.Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)Education: Bachelor’s Degree requiredLicense/Certifications: Preferred certification in:SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources of related field requiredDemonstrated experience in care team relations or employment law with experience mitigating conflict and risk exposureExposure to union relations and/or union avoidance activity preferredExcellent computer skills (MS Office Suite, e-mail and internet) preferredAdditional Information MaineHealth is a health system whose members and affiliates include hospitals, physician practices, long-term care facilities, home care agencies, and support services.
