They’ll be able to analyze data from multiple sources and identify patterns that help advise product and business decisions.   • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends and use this information to inform business and product development strategies.
  • Develop and implement market segmentation strategies to target specific customer groups.
  • Analyze market and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new product offerings and improve existing ones.
  • Develop, build, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and strategic partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with company objectives.
  • Evaluate the efficiency of current marketing strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, new innovative technologies, and standard processes.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering and master’s in business administration
  • 15+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably in customer-facing roles
  • Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use data and data analysis to problem solve and assist in business decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with a passion for innovation and creativity
  • A clear understanding of how to craft profitable products and businesses with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated individual with the capability to work autonomously and efficiently prioritize tasks.
  • You have international experience working abroad and with different cultures and can communicate with global team members and customers.
