Capgemini is recruiting a full-time Guidewire Lead role:Required Skills:Excellent analytical abilities, proficient in conducting requirements definition sessions and redefining business requirements into system specifications.Ensures harmony between stakeholder expectations and project scope, encouraging collaboration across all stages from project inception to deployment.Candidates with prior experience in business analysis or related roles are preferred, along with outstanding communication, interpersonal, and team-oriented skills.Previous involvement in commercial insurance product implementation as a Business Analyst, particularly in General Liability and Guidewire Policy Center implementation.Proficiency in collecting Product Model Transactions, Rating, and Forms requirements is needed.Life at Capgemini:
