- Conduct complex financial analyses and provide expert advice and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Consider, solve, or recommend solutions of difficult analytical problems by forecasting the validity of estimates and balance among operating programs.
- Serve as the Comptroller of record for cooperative agreements and provides technical financial advice to the Installation Manager.
- Exercise full supervisory responsibility over the installation resource management office and subordinate positions.

- Incumbent shall comply with the requirements of this Financial Management Level 2 certification program.
- This position is covered by the civilian drug abuse testing program. Incumbent is required to sign a DA Form 5019, Condition of Employment for certain civilian positions identified as critical under the Drug Abuse Testing Program.
- This position requires travel up to 20% of the time.
QualificationsAbout the Position: The Joint Munitions Command provides the Joint Force with ready, reliable, lethal munitions at the speed of war. JMC’s mission is to support the production, storage, distribution, and demilitarization of munitions. This position serves as Budget Officer responsible for all budget operations for a separately administered military installation providing expert advice to command leadership, financial management officials and stakeholders across all phases of the budget process, which is located at the Camp Stanley Storage Activity, which is a subordinate installation of JMCWho May Apply: US CitizensIn order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below.
