- Overall organization of the office environment.
- Electronic and paper record keeping and reporting.
- Greeting vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
- Assisting other managers as requested.
Education
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
Skills / Capabilities
- Computer skills – Microsoft office (outlook, excel and word) – required.
- Punctuality and excellent organizational and housekeeping skills – required.
- Ability to multi-task and perform requested work in the desired time frame.
- Attention to detail on work performed (math and written).
- Ability to communicate effectively with others at the terminal.
